There will always be a core of the same people cleaning your home, or office with checks from a working supervisor to ensure quality control. We do thorough background checks and extensive training with all of our employees.

We are insured, licensed, and bonded.

Our staff hourly rates range from $45 - $95 per hour depending on the service provided.  More for skilled jobs such as maintenance and less for reoccurring regular work, such as set duties with commercial accounts.

We usually work in teams that fluctuate duties depending on cycles and need, so we prefer to quote at a set monthly rate with a flow of services that cover short and long frequencies to best fit your needs.  This can fluctuate if your home on Maui is not your primary residence.

If a client prefers hourly rates, we can discuss and come up with an agreement depending on the work scale and frequency of services.

For larger estates, the best rate will always be a package of combined services that allows for staff overlap.  However, we do have some commercial properties that only require a specific service. 

Regardless, we will ensure the highest quality, consistency, and attention to detail for any service we provide.

Yes, earth friendly cleaning products are just as sanitary as traditional cleaning products and they have the added benefit of creating a healthier room environment for all occupancy.

First step is to give us a call to set up a meeting. We can talk about what you’re looking for, the frequency you use your estate or commercial needs and package of services you’re looking for.

We can also provide common services and frequency depending on the property. For example, the frequency to clean windows greatly depends on environment, windows facing the ocean are cleaned more frequently than those facing the mountains. Commercial entry door glass is also cleaned more frequently than display windows. etc.

We’ve been in business since 2008 and half of our clients have been with us this entire time, the other half (both commercial businesses and private estates) have joined along the way and have an average 8-year relationship.

No, we do all business with zero strings attached. We write up an agreement that outlines your needs, and our scope of work. Either party may cancel this agreement with 30-day’s notice.

We are able to conduct business like this because we are confident that we will exceed our your expectations in all areas of professionalism and cleanliness.

Many commercial accounts require a 1 to 3-year contract and that’s fine, we just don’t require any on our side. Our dedication of quality keeps our customers, not a contract.

We have the highest of cleaning standards, which is why we enjoy working with regular clients. Only by working consistently with the same home, office or commercial business can we bring the area up to our standards and then maintain our high level of cleanliness.

The average home or office is five times more likely to have chemical pollutants in the air than just outside its front door. Natural cleaning products have been used for hundreds of years and do not pollute our environments.

Using earth friendly cleaning products reduces our ecological footprint, and is far better for our bodies than chemical cleaning products.

Not in the way we do it.  While buying retail earth friendly products may cost more, we created our own line of products.

We mix our cleaning products from bulk and essential oils in reusable spray bottles, which allows us to keep our cost of cleaning products fairly low.

Buying in bulk allows us to reduce our carbon footprint, a secondary benefit for Maui and the earth. Our services produce 1/100 the waste of other cleaning services. This mean a lot fewer plastic containers put in the earth.

Some natural cleaning products have shorter shelf life compared to chemical products. Natural products also often need to be shaken before use. A small price to pay for a healthy people and planet.

We cater to the larger residential estates on Maui.

We also have commercial accounts with businesses, banks, club houses and hotels.
